Beginners II: Sevillanas and Castanets
Some experience, at least in Sevillanas, needed. In this class will be reviewing and cleaning the sevillanas. Introduction to castanets technique (You need to have your own castanets for this class, if you need information about how to get them please call Natalia).

Saturdays, 5:00 - 6:30p.m.: On-going Adult Intermediate (THIS CLASS HAD BEEN CANCELLED UNTILL FURTHER NOTICE)
Technique: footwork (zapateado), arms movement (brazeo), posture, turns (vueltas), palmas(clapping), skirt movement in compás, learn the diferent parts of a song(marcajes, llamadas, remates, etc) and understanding the compas/rhythm. Class finishes with some choreography and/or improvisation with palmas and jaleos. How and when to use jaleos.

Clases de Flamenco:
De 5:00 a 6:30 de la tarde. Nivel Intermedio. Zapateado, brazeo, vueltas, movimiento de brazos y zapateado a la vez en diferentes tiempos, palmas con contratiempos, movimiento de falda en compás.
La clase se termina con coreografía y/o improvisación por ritmo de tangos, incluyendo palmas y jaleos.
